These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. All disputes will be resolved under Republic of Estonia jurisdiction, ensuring a fair and lawful environment for all parties involved.

6. Payment Information
We prioritize transparency in all financial matters. CODETUUM OÜ reserves the right to decline orders and may impose limits on purchases per person or household. We accept various payment methods, including Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa. Please ensure your billing details are accurate and up to date.
7. Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of payment confirmation. We’ll also honor your first refund request—no questions asked.
8. Your Feedback Matters
We appreciate your input! Any feedback or submissions you provide may be used by CODETUUM OÜ without limitations. We also reserve the right to review, edit, or remove content that violates our Terms.

10. Cancellation & Dispute Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming subscription period.
If a subscription is cancelled after a renewal payment has been processed, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, unless the customer is eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy outlined below.
Trial subscriptions automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial expires. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the trial within the stated trial timeframe to avoid being charged.
If a customer believes a charge has been made in error or wishes to dispute a transaction, they are encouraged to first contact our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a formal dispute. All dispute inquiries must be submitted within 14 days from the transaction date and should include relevant details such as the customer’s account email, transaction reference, and a description of the issue. Upon receipt of a dispute request, we will review the case and respond within 5–10 business days. During this period, we may request additional information or documentation to assist with the investigation. If the issue cannot be resolved directly and the customer initiates a chargeback through their bank or card issuer, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the applicable card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Customers acknowledge that initiating a chargeback may result in temporary account suspension while the case is under review. We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, account activity logs, and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions to the payment processor or issuing bank as part of the dispute resolution process.
11. Correcting Errors
While we strive for accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. CODETUUM OÜ reserves the right to correct any mistakes or inaccuracies in service-related information. We are not obligated to make updates unless legally required.
12. Progress Evaluation
We are committed to ongoing improvement. Both the Client and CODETUUM OÜ will evaluate progress quarterly and take appropriate corrective actions to stay aligned with our shared goals.
13. Warranties Disclaimer
While we aim to deliver high-quality service, CODETUUM OÜ makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance. All services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind.
14. Billing
CODETUUM OÜ reserves the right to decline orders and may impose reasonable restrictions on the
quantity of items or services purchased per individual, household, or order. Payments are accepted via Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa cards.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and account information and for promptly updating such information as necessary.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected subscription plan and will automatically
renew unless canceled in accordance with the applicable terms. If the subscription remains active,
it will renew at the applicable monthly rate, which is currently €49.99 per month for the Pro plan, €69.99 per month for the Business plan,
or €89.99 per month for the Enterprise plan. CODETUUM OÜ reserves the right to pre-authorize, verify,
and charge renewal payments using the payment details provided by the customer.
The company may offer discounts on membership and services for the benefit of its customers, typically ranging from 30% to 60%.
Special introductory pricing is available exclusively for new customers upon their first registration.
With such discounts from CODETUUM OÜ, the monthly fee for any subscription plan can be reduced to as low as €9.99.
Services may also be renewed at a discounted rate within five, seven, or fifteen days following the invoice date.
In certain situations, CODETUUM OÜ may provide opportunities for long-term or lifetime savings.
In the event a customer requests a refund in accordance with the applicable terms, any approved refundable amount will be returned to the original payment method without undue delay.
15. Custom Account Configuration and Service Plans
In addition to the standard subscription plans publicly displayed on the Website, the Company may offer customized account configurations, enhanced functionality packages, or tailored service plans to selected customers upon direct request and consultation.
Such customized plans are provided based on the specific business requirements, requested features, implementation scope, onboarding requirements, or other configuration preferences identified during discussions between the Company and the customer.
Customized service plans, including but not limited to internal pricing tiers designated as €2000, €2500, and €3000, are subject to individualized review and approval by the Company and may involve one-time setup, configuration, onboarding, or implementation fees.
All fees, charges, and applicable service terms relating to customized plans or configurations shall be disclosed to the customer and expressly agreed upon prior to billing or payment processing. The applicable charges and scope of services shall be reflected in the relevant invoice, order summary, statement of work, or other service documentation provided to the customer.
By purchasing or approving a customized plan or configuration, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable pricing, services, and implementation scope communicated by the Company prior to payment.
